In-Person Workshops
Our In-Person Workshops (multi-week sessions) are unique and innovative. It is often difficult to verbalize the impact of a cancer diagnosis. Our Certified Facilitators will guide each participant through therapeutic art, mindful techniques, and unique conscious awareness methods. The process will provide the tools to express feelings and emotions on a piece of canvas. Creating these abstract pieces of art will help generate hope, joy, and motivation.
The In-person workshop is done in a fun, safe, and comfortable environment. Knowing you are not alone creates a sense of camaraderie and empathy with the other participants.
